this project, including those required by city, regional, state and federal agencies.
3.Describe the site as it exists before the project, including information on
topography, soil stability, plants, animals, and any cultural, historical, or scenic aspects.
Describe any existing structures on the site and the use of the structures.

This proposed 4- Parcel Division has no proposed development schedule and is not
associated with any other projects.
At this time we are unaware of any permit requirements.
The existing site is rolling oak woodlands with a few digger pines. Down the middle of the but
the insurgence of pot grows are affecting the watershed. The soil in this area is stable. Deer,
fox, mountain lions, upland game that live at this elevation are present. The site has one signal
family residential house which will be on proposed Parcel 2.
