He is the owner of "River Marina" on the Butte County side of the Sacramento River, about 400 feet upstream from the Gianelli Bridge (State Route 32) . Mr. Dawson is aware of our proposed replacement of the present bridge in the near future. He presented us with the attached map showing a proposed new 50' x 60' building, which we shaded red. After comparing his map with our project plans, we are satisfied that a new building located as shown on the attached map will not conflict with any plan now contemplated by Caltrans. We are also satisfied that construction of this building will not cause a need for roadway improvements by us.
