NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference M of Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "Skilled Trades Unit" by amending the salary plan for
the classifications to include:
Section 28 Reference M (Effective the Pay Period December 24, 2022- Equity
Adjustments)
Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
Section 28 Reference M (Effective the first full pay period of July 2023- Equity
Adjustments) Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
Section 28 Reference M (Effective the first full pay period of July 2024- Equity
Adjustments), Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of December, 2022, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
