FOR HIS DEDICATED YEARS OFSERVICE
WHEREAS, the County ofButte recognizes the value of maintaining a corps of long-term employees who are
dedicated to serving the needs of the County's diverse population; and
WHEREAS, dedicated long-term employees are integral to maintaining a level of knowledge and organizational
history which is valuable to the current and future Boards of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors is committed to providing recognition to employees who have dedicated
themselves to making Butte County a better community to live in; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby expresses its sincere
appreciation toSoteno Amaya for his 3Oyears ofunselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered hothenesidents
