The comments provided for the preliminary application will allow the applicant to incorporate the information into the project's design in advance of their official submittal. Planning will provide an overview of the proposed application and receive your comments at the meeting on Wednesday, May 24, at 1:00 pm. Please review the application materials and provide any necessary comments for the proposed project relevant to your agency's/department's area of expertise and jurisdiction. Written comments may be delivered in advance of the meeting or soon after via email to Rowland Hickel at rhickel@buttecounty.net. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A pre-application review of a tentative parcel map to subdivide 3.77 acres into three lots of 1.51 acres (Parcel 1), 1.0 acre (Parcel 2), and 1.26 acres (Parcel 3). Access to the resultant parcels will be provided by an existing 60 ft. wide private road and easement (Hostick Way).
