Box 2531, Oroville CA 95965 Bulle County Planning Division; RCI has been awarded the Paradise Irrigation District Meter installation Service Lateral Replacement Phase 3 project. This project consists of installing new water services that have been destroyed in the CAMP fire across the Town of Paradise providing residents with clean water. Our estimated completion is October of 2025. We have secured a laydown yard to store our heavy equipment, sand, aggregate base rock and storage box for the duration of the project. The following temporary uses are subject to issuance of an Administrative Permit upon a determination by the Zoning Administrator that the use is compatible with the applicable zone and surrounding uses: Seasonal sales (e.g., Christmas trees, pumpkins, strawberries, citrus crops) for a maximum of 30 consecutive calendar days, no more than 3 times per year on a single property. Seasonal sales shall not be permitted on any residentially zoned property. 1. Construction yards located off-site in conjunction with an approved project.
