Drain Field Operational Observations
Perform Hydraulic Load Test.
Introduce water through the outlet. Minimum of 50 gallons of water.

Surfacing Water ❑ Moist Soil ❑ Backflow Into Tank For Over 30 Minutes ❑
Other ❑ Explain. After further investigation of the leach field it was found that there are
broken pipes and broken/crushed distribution boxes possibly due to camp fire clean up crews.
