NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 9 of
Ordinance No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "020 -County Administration" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code
1.0 10801
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.

NOW, THEREFORE, 0E[TRESOLVED that the Butte County Board ofSupervisors hereby amends Section
28C of Ordinance No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "General Unit" by deleting there from the following:
