RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ANNUAL CHANGES TO THE BUTTE COUNTY MAINTAINED MILEAGE FOR 2023
WHEREAS, Section 2121ofthe Streets /& Highway Code provides that inMay ofeach year County shall submit io
the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained County
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2022 certified to the State Controller that the
total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was I273.340 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage ofmaintained County roads is1272.413miles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE |TRESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County roads decreased to 1272.413
