I set the SE corner at the westerly right of way of Sawmill Road from O.R. 2022-0017463 as shown on
that Record of Survey in Book 54 of Maps, Page 73, after a thorough search for all corners. 1 found the
corners from the recorded map in agreement and was able to place the monument into position per
record measurements. I set a 5/8" Rebar and 1.5" Aluminum Cap stamped LS 7051 at the corner.
