HomeMy WebLinkAboutMER23-0007 Revised Legal Description Exhibit A Lot Merger Legal Description All that certain real property situated in a portion of Section 27, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, M.D.B. and M., within the unincorporated area of County of Butte, State of California, and being more particularly described as follows: Parcel One (Lot 37): Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 37, as shown on that certain map entitled “Feather River Forest Homes”, filed in the office of the Butte County Recorder in Book 12 of Maps at page 21; thence running along the South line of said Lot 37, North 64°06' 00" West, a distance of 110.80’ thence North 18° 59' 30" East, 60.00’ feet; thence South 70° 00' 30" East, 110.01’ feet; thence South 18° 59' 30" West, 73.33’ feet to the point of beginning. Parcel Two (Lot 38): Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 38, as shown on that certain map entitled “Feather River Forest Homes”, filed in the office of the Butte County Recorder in Book 12 of Maps at page 21; thence running along the South line of said Lot 38, North 70°00' 30" West, a distance of 110.01’ thence North 18° 59' 30" East, 60.00’ feet; thence South 70° 00' 30" East, 110.00’ feet; thence South 18° 59' 30" West, 60.00’ feet to the point of beginning. End of Legal Description The above-described parcel of land contains an area of 0.32 acres more or less The property described above is all of Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 062-170-038 The purpose of the above description is to merge the Parcels as described by grant deed to Sean and Lori Pierce, recorded October 27, 2016, under Butte County Recorder’s Serial No. 2016-0040964.
