Weir”, in Book 52 of Maps, Page 50, recorded on March 4, 1975 lying in Section 18, Township 22North, Range 3 East, M.D.B. & M. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map, along the West line of said Parcel 2, South 01°46’27” East 141.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, leaving said West line, South 74°44’33” 134.70 feet; Thence South 09°48’10” West 4.81 feet to a point on the South line of said Parcel 2; Thence along the South line of said Parcel 2, North 76°02’16” West 132.90 feet to the Southwest corner of said Parcel 2; Thence along the west line of said Parcel 2, North 01°46’27” West 7.79 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.0188 Acres. The Basis of Bearings of this description is identical to that certain map entitled “Amended Parcel Map for T.T. Weir”, in Book 52 of Maps, Page 50, Butte County Records, and is based on a field survey performed by me in April, 2023, and is from found monuments within that Parcel Map.
