All of that real property being all of Lot 203 and 204, as shown on that certain map entitled “AMENDED MAP OF MAGALIA HEIGHTS”, in Book 9 of Maps, Pages 40A,41A, 42A and 43A, recorded on May 20, 1930, in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, lying in Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, M.D.B. & M. more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 204 of said Amended Map; Thence from said POINT OF
BEGINNING along the West line of said Lot 204, North 04°30’00” West 199.40 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 204; Thence along the North line of Lot 204 and 203, South 88°10’00” East 200.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 203; Thence along the East line of said Lot 203, South 04°30’00” East 99.40 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 203; Thence along the South line of said Lots 203 and 204, North 88°10’00” West 200.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.4536 Acres more or less.
The Basis of Bearings of this description is identical to that certain map entitled “Amended Map OF MAGALIA HEIGHTS”, in Book 9 of Maps, Pages 40A,41A, 42A and 43A, recorded on May 20, 1930,
in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, and is based on a field survey performed by me in July of 2022 and is from found monuments within that Map.
The above description encompasses one legal parcel of land as approved by Lot Merger No.
