HomeMy WebLinkAbout23-063WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has created the initial Study and Environmental Review Checklist to
obtain a Routine Maintenance Agreement with the California Department of Fish & Wildlife (CDFW); and
WHEREAS, this Initial Study and Environmental Review Checklist has been circulated and vetted by the
Department of Public Works, CDFW, the local Native American Tribes, and the Public; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Initial Study
and Environmental Review Checklist as complete and ready for adoption by the CDFW.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th day of June 2023 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Durfee, Ritter, Teeter and Chair Kimmelshue
