(CDBG) ACTIVITIES AND STANDARD AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1:
The Butte County Board of Supervisors approves the completion of the 2017 Housing Rehabilitation Assistance
Program and the associated Standard Agreement (17-CDBG-12012) with the State Department of California Housing and
Community Development.
The Board acknowledges the accomplishments of Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program in serving (14) lovv-k>'
moderate income households with home repair and rehabilitation.
The board acknowledges the following grant and program income funds expended toward the activity:
Activity
Housing Rehabilitation Costs
Housing Activity Delivery
General Administration
Total
Awarded $1,500,000
$ 104,651
The board acknowledges the County will disencumber $173,747 in grant funds.
SECTION 5:
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative officer, ordesignee, tnenecmteandde|ivera0
grant close out documents and act onthe County's behalf inall matters pertaining boall such requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby adopt the resolution and
allow the Chair tosign.

AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Durfee, Ritter, Teeter and Chair Kimm0shue
