We are looking for a Business Permit for our home to be conclusive of several parts.
The 2 Designations that we are needing fall under Major Horne Occupation, for doing
business out of our home. And a Minor Use Permit as a Bed and Breakfast for when we
Host Retreats. About 90% of the time this business is done over the internet and there
will be no direct customer interaction at the home.
The services we provide are Spiritual coaching, where we work with individuals to get in
touch with their inner guidance systems. This is non-denominational in nature, and we
provide Crystals to support the clients energetically, both as jewelry and larger
individual crystal pieces.
On occasion, (a maximum of 3 times per week), there may be clients who choose to
come in person for coaching sessions or to purchase crystals. As the majority of our
clientele is not local, this will not be a daily occurrence. ·
About 4 to 6 Times per year we wish to run Mindfulness/Meditation style retreats here at
the property that will range in length from a single day to one week in length. Retreats
would generally range around 8 to 10 guests. For single day events we may have up to
12 guests.
Participants at the multi day retreats would have the option of staying here on the
premises or at local hotels and coming in during the days.
Participants would arrive, be welcomed and there will be planned activities. Food will be
mostly catered through local venders with some prepared here on site.
Sleeping arrangements for multi-day events are to be provided in bunkbeds in 2 rooms.
The 3 bathrooms will be shared.
All Activities will take place between the living room and the Media Room, as well as
outside on the Grounds in the Back of the Property.
