SUBJECT: Lindquist Minor Use Permit Project Narrative
The project for Janice Lindquist at 1649 Butte Ave., Chico, is a residential addition to an
existing single-family residence. The addition is a 467 square foot family room and will
be located to the northeast end of the building. The existing building has a non-
conforming side yard setback of 11’-6” to the east property line. The proposed addition
would be an extension of that 11’-6” from the property line and would extend 24’ parallel
to the property line.
