The Department of Development Services, Planning Division, has reviewed the application materials to determine if the application is complete and contains the requisite information to process the request. Based on the application submittal packet information, additional information is needed to be considered complete. Specifically, the following additional information and revisions are required before the application can proceed: 1. On-Site Wastewater Disposal System. The site plan submitted with the application doesn’t show the location of the existing onsite wastewater disposal system for the existing residence. The project proposes underground lines along the eastern boundary line of the property, which may inadvertently damage the system. Please update the site plan to show the location of the existing disposal system. For additional information regarding this requested correction, please contact Paul Thao, Butte County Environmental Health, at 530.552.3875 or via email at PaThao@buttecounty.net. 2. Public Utilities Easement. An existing public utility easement, recorded March 10, 1921, in 188 Deeds 263 and recorded January 12, 1911, in 118 Deeds 462, and noted on Parcel Map, Book 83, Page 78, appears to be located in the proposed development area of the wireless community facility. Please verify whether the easement has been quitclaimed back to the property owner or if it’s currently in use. If the easement still exists, the proposed development area may need to be relocated or the easement abandoned by applying to the Butte County Public Works Department. For additional information regarding this requested item, please contact Kim Hunter, Deputy Director of Land Development, Public Works Department, at 530.552.5706 or via email at khunter@buttecounty.net. This application will only be complete once the requested information is submitted to our department and reviewed for adequacy. No further processing of the application will occur until the required materials are received. Development Services and other applicable departments will review re-submitted materials for completeness within 30 days. Our department will contact you and your designated agent if additional information is required. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the items needed for this project to proceed. I can be reached between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at (530) 552-3684 or via e-mail at rhickel@buttecounty.net. Sincerely, Rowland Hickel Senior Planner
