The following are my comments.
1. Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk. Chapter 12 of the Oroville Municipal Code applies to the construction of buildings and CG&S is not always required. However this is a land division
and Chapter 16 applies, and that chapter does require CG&S.
2. Oroville Bangor Highway is a major collector according to California Road System Functional Classification website. Therefore County standard RS-2A would be more appropriate.
3. The wider, paved shoulder of the RS-2A cross-section would be an acceptable alternative to CG&S.
4. The private road needs to be paved.

Thank you for your previous comments on the above Parcel Map located at 3139 Oro Bangor Highway (APN: 078-270-040).
After the Zoning Administrator Hearing the applicant decided to appeal the PW conditions per the attached Appeal Letter.
