FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION FOR SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 2023 TO JUNE 30, 2024, CONTRACT # 2CA06264
WHEREAS, by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the agreement with
the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2023. This agreement provides Fire
Protection during the State fiscal year 2023-2024; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
