RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4224 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28F of
Ordinance No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "Confidential Employees" by adding there to the following:
Class Code Classification Range Bi -Weekly Step 1 Bi -Weekly Step 7
12537 Administrative Technician — Confidential 47 $1,890.40 $2,533.60
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 9 of
Ordinance No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "020 -County Administration" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 12533/12534 Associate Clerk to the Board/Administrative Assistant—Confidential/
12530/ Senior Administrative Assistant — Confidential/
12537 Administrative Technician - Confidential
And deleting
Position Class Code Classification

12530/ Senior Administrative Assistant — Confidential
Thereby leaving total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 12 of
Ordinance No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -Development Services" by adding there to the following:

1.0 12561/12562 Office Assistant I/Office Assistant II (Sunset 6/30/2025)
Thereby increasing the total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 21
