RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TO SIGN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
AND
THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
23-30087
WHEREAS, the Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Board of Supervisors to enter
into an agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug Medi -Cal (DMC) Treatment Program
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services for fiscal years 2023-2027; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Board of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Director, of the Department of
Behavioral Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for fiscal years 2023-2027; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the
Department of Behavioral Health to accept the revenue agreement with the DHCS and to accept above described
provisions of this agreement.
