COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
Resolution No. 23-103
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF THE 2020 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM -
CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ROUND 2 and 3 (CDBG-CV2-3) ACTIVITIES AND STANDARD AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1:
The Butte County Board of Supervisors approves the completion of the 2020 Food Distribution Expansion Program
and the associated Standard Agreement (20-CDBG-CV2-3-00003) with the State Department of California Housing and
Community Development.
SECTION 2:
The Board acknowledges the accomplishments of Housing Rehabilitation 2020 Food Distribution Expansion
Program in serving 12,343 low -to -moderate income people.
SECTION 3:
The Board acknowledges the following anticipated grant funds expended toward the activity:
Public Services — Food Bank $320,432
General Administration $15,865
SECTION 4:
The Board acknowledges the County estimates disencumbering $1,000 in general administration grant funds.
SECTION 5:
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute and deliver all
grant close out documents and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to all such requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby adopt the resolution and
allow the Chair to sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of September, 2023, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Durfee, Ritter, and Chair Kimmelshue
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Teeter
ABSTAIN: None
