RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION OF MARIA SOLIS UPON RETIREMENT FROM
THE AUDITOR -CONTROLLER'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, Maria Solis, Administrative Analyst II, for the Auditor -Controller's Office, Property Tax Division,
announced her retirement as of October 30, 2023: and
WHEREAS, Maria Solis began her career with the County of Butte in 2001, as Auditor -Accountant I, in the Auditor -
Controller's Office, advancing within the department to become Administrative Analyst II, her present position; and
WHEREAS, Maria Solis has dedicated her service under two Auditor -Controllers for nearly twenty-three years in
the capacity of Auditor -Accountant I, Auditor -Accountant II, Administrative Analyst I, and Administrative Analyst II;
WHEREAS, Maria Solis has earned the respect of fellow County employees, Auditor -Controller family, County
residents, and intergovernmental agencies, diligently serving the County of Butte for twenty- two (22) years and nine (9)
months;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors on its own behalf, and on behalf of the residents
of the County of Butte, expresses its sincere appreciation to Maria Solis for her many years of unselfish dedication and
outstanding service rendered to the residents of County of Butte, and further wish her well on her retirement.
