OPERATIONAL LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN BUTTE COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT AND HAMILTON CITY FIRE
DEPARTMENT FOR SERVICES FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2028
WHEREAS, by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the agreement
between the Butte County Fire Department and Hamilton City Fire Department dated September 1, 2023. This agreement
provides Fire Rescue Mutual Aid Agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes the Butte County Fire
Department Fire Chief to sign and execute said agreement, and any future updates to the agreement on behalf of the
County of Butte.
