Resolution No. 23-141
iOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4224 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 8 of
Ordinance No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "550-Child Support Services" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 10623/10622 Child Support Specialist I / Child Support Specialist II /
10621 Senior Child Support Specialist
And deleting
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 12405/12404/12403 Administrative Analyst I/Administrative Analyst II/Administrative Analyst III/
12402 Senior Administrative Analyst
2.0 13252/13251/13250 Account Clerk I / Account Clerk II / Senior Account Clerk
Total allocations decreased by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 12 of Ordinance
No. 4224 of the County of Butte entitled "440-Development Services" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 11024/11023 Building Inspector I / Building Inspector II
(Term 6/30/2024)
And deleting
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 11024/11023 Building Inspector I / Building Inspector II
(Term 12/31/2023)
Total allocations to remain unchanged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 7th day of November, 2023, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Connelly, Durfee, Ritter, Teeter and Chair Kimmelshue
