Re: Zoning Administrator Approval – Map Extension (MEXT23-0004) approval for TSM20-0003
(Rowdy Estates Subdivision); APN: 047-710-008 and 047-710-009
Dear Mr. Shelton:
At the Zoning Administrator meeting held on October 4, 2023, your request for a six-year Map Extension
(MEXT23-0004) for Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM20-0003) was approved. TSM20-0003 now has an
expiration date of October 28, 2029. This map extension was your one-time request per the Subdivision Map
Act. Should you desire to appeal the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to
4:00 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2023 to the:
Butte County Development Services
Attn: Planning Division
7 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $761.43 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal
period, and no other appeal is filed, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
Please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works Land Development Department to
complete the conditions of approval and record the Subdivision Map. Public Works is located at 7 County
Center Dr., Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.552-5727. You have until October 28, 2029
to record the map.
