Re: Planning Commission Approval – MEXT23-0003 (TPM20-0010); APN: 078-270-040
Dear Applicant:
Your request for a Map Extension for TPM20-0010 was approved at the Planning
Commission meeting on December 14, 2023. As part of the map extension approval, the
Planning Commission approved the reguested modification to Planning Commission
Condition No. 1 (allowing the one residence to remain) and Public Works Condition No. A7
(no curb, gutter and sidewalks). They did not approve the requested modification to Public
Works Conditon No. A4 (Street Names and Signs). and No. A8 (Street Construction) . Should
you desire to appeal the decision of the Planning Commission, you must do so in writing,
before 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 26, 2023, to the following:

Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $815.43 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal by the date above,
the action of the Planning Commission is final.
Once the approval has become final, please contact the Butte County Public Works
Department Land Development Division to complete the conditions of approval and
record the Subdivision Map. Public Works is located at 7 County Center Dr., Oroville,
CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.552.5727.
The conditions of approval for your project must be met within no later than September 8,
2029. If the conditions of approval have not been met within this time, your map will expire
and become null and void.
