Besides that the city has no comment. Ida Road. The site is also located in the City of Oroville Sphere of Influence. The County has requested that I reach out to the city and get feedback regarding requirements for road standards. I have attached a copy of the TSM for your review. The property is owned by one individual, Allan Birkholz, and the property has an existing right-of-way (Adriatic Road) that runs through it. We are proposing to abandon the right-of-way through the property, and construct a private road subdivision of 5-acre minimum parcels. The entrance to the property is proposed to be gated at the property entrance. There still would be a short portion of Adriatic Road south of the property that would be developed to a public road standard, with a connection to Mt. Ida Road.
