travel to evacuate and an alternate route. Classrooms shall also have posted
instructions to be followed by the teacher. T19 3.13(a)(2)

REGULATIONS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING FIRE SAFETY DEFICIENCIES BE CORRECTED:
Project Information
A required Fire Life and Safety inspection pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 13146.3 was
conducted on December 26th 2023, at the above facility. The following deficiencies are required to be
repaired and/or corrected. These deficiencies will be labeled as P1, P2 or P3 throughout this report.
P1: Highest priority, must be completed by Tuesday January 9th, 2024
P2: Second highest, priority and must be completed by Tuesday January 9th, 2024
P3: Third highest, priority and must be completed by Tuesday January 9th, 2024
