530-552-3701 RE: Willingness to Collocate Future Carriers PI Tower Development LLC [Harmoni Towers] executed a Ground Lease Agreement with
Laureen Tuft (Homeowner) on 7/28/23. The lease was for the explicit purpose of constructing and
operating an unmanned wireless telecommunications tower for the sole purpose of lease tower and ground space to wireless carriers. T-Mobile will be the anchor tenant. It is Harmoni’s business model to solicit tower and ground space to all willing future carriers.
Below is the specific language that both parties agreed to that allows for Harmoni Towers to allow
future carriers to collocate their equipment on this tower and or inside their existing lease area. A copy of the redacted lease may be made available to the County upon request; however, this is proprietary information and any other portions of the lease besides the image shown below is not and will not be allowed to be part of the public record without the explicit written consent of
Harmoni Towers.
