proposed cell tower located at: 1527 16th Street, Oroville, CA 95965. Below is a map of those
towers and their owners. An alternative site analysis follows the map and description of those existing towers.

Alternative Site analysis:
Tower 1224898 was rejected by T-Mobile as it is used as an AM radio broadcasting tower. In order for
T-Mobile to collocate on this tower it would need to be detuned as AM signals would interfere with T-
Mobile’s antennas if they were located on the same tower because AM towers are electrified.
Also, the tower was constructed in 2006 and is likely that the structure would not structurally support all
of T-Mobile’s equipment without a structural upgrade to the tower.

Tower 1206797 was rejected by T-Mobile as it is located too far outside of the intended targeted area
for T-Mobile’s customers. The further away from the intended target area diminishes the capability of
any carriers wireless technology from providing strong and reliable let coverage for their customers.
No other private properties were explored and there are no other collocatable structures in the area
that would fulfill the coverage and capacity objectives for T-Mobile and their customers in this part of
Oroville, CA.
