530-552-3701 RE: Failure Characteristics of Harmoni’s Proposed Facility Harmoni propose to install a 95’ tall monopole cell tower. This tower will be designed by an
engineer licensed in the State of California. This tower shall adhere to all local, state, and federal
guidelines related to the safety and structural capacity to operate as a cell tower.
The tower has been proposed on this 1.26-acre parcel in the most optimum location as related to any public concerns of falling equipment or of a catastrophic fall of the tower itself. The tower
will be located in the center of a 50’ x 50’ [2500] sq ft. lease area. Should any antennas or other
tower mounted equipment fall from the tower, they shall land inside of the 2500 sq ft lease area. The tower is located approximately 138 feet away from the nearest residential structure which is owned by the Tuft Family who is the property owner leasing ground space to Harmoni towers.
This tower does not present any fall hazard or risk for the community of Oroville.

Furthermore, it will be the responsibility of Harmoni Towers to submit for all applicable
building, fire, and any other miscellaneous permits required by the County of Butte before
Harmoni is approved to commence construction of this tower.
