Proposed Use and Project: Harmoni Towers proposes constructing a new 95’ tall, unmanned monopole wireless telecommunication facility inside of a 50’ x 50’ fenced-in lease area. Inside the lease area will contain Harmoni Tower’s anchor tenants’ equipment [T-Mobile]. T-Mobile’s ground equipment shall include: Services to be Provided: T-Mobile shall be the first tenant on this tower providing its customers with fast and reliable cellular service in their homes, outside, and in transit in this area of Oroville. This tower has been engineered and designed to co-locate multiple carriers on this tower, and Harmoni Tower’s has already leased enough ground space to contain future carriers ground equipment. 51 Wireless, LLC Nick Tagas Rocklin, CA 95677 916-990-1446 Nick.Tagas@51wireless.net Description of Equipment T-Mobile shall be installing the following equipment on Harmoni’s tower. Please also refer to the accompanying drawings and photo simulations which accurately depict the number, size, material and color of the antennas. Spec sheets of the equipment can be made available upon request. Activities on the Property This shall be an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility. The only activity proposed onsite is to provide cellular services to T-Mobile’s customers in this part of Oroville, CA. Once a quarter, employees, agents, or contractors on behalf of T-Mobile and, or Harmoni towers may visit the site in light duty pickup trucks or smaller vehicles to ensure the facility and equipment are properly functioning. Square Footage of Structures and Outdoor Areas There is one (1) existing 2,600 square foot single-family residential structure onsite which also includes a pool and a garage. There is also a 1,200 sq. ft. second unit adjacent to the primary residence. Harmoni is proposing a 95’ tall monopole cell tower inside of a 2,500 sq. ft. fenced-in lease area. Inside of this lease area will contain two (2) equipment cabinets and one (1) new 25kw diesel generator for emergency backup power in the event of a power outage. Estimated number of Customers or Occupants This is an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility. There shall be no customers or occupants visiting the property except for regularly scheduled maintenance of the facility once per quarter. 51 Wireless, LLC Nick Tagas Rocklin, CA 95677 916-990-1446 Nick.Tagas@51wireless.net Hours and Days of Operation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The generator will run for approximately one (1) hour, once per month between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mon-Friday only to ensure the generator is working properly. Number of Employees Zero (0). This is an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility. Other Applicable Information Photo simulations and an EME report have been completed for this project to serve as additional information for staff and residence of the community to review.
