530-552-3701 RE: Maximum Visual Unobtrusiveness Statement Harmoni propose to install a 95’ tall monopole cell tower. This monopole design is the least
visually obtrusive design when compared to lattice towers or faux/fake cell trees as a monopole
slim design takes up lease horizontal space when looking at it against the horizon. The location of the tower was situated in a location on this parcel to strategically not interfere with adjacent neighboring views. The image below shows how far the tower is located from any other
residential units. Please also refer to the photo simulations that show what the tower will look like
from several public rights of way.
