Requested Exception No. 1 The current standard for road right of way within the Cohasset Area Plan have a right of way easement width of (60) feet. We would like the request this be modified as to reduce the required offsite easement width from (60) feet to (20) feet. Currently Harvey Road services a small number of residential home sites and the Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Harvey Road is a County of Butte maintained road system and has a recorded easement width of (20) feet per Book 142 of official records at page 256. Requested Exception No. 2 The Mountain Recreational RS-4A Butte County Road Standard is the current standard for road systems within the Cohasset Area Plan. We would like the request this be modified as to reduce the required offsite roadway width from (34) feet to the current roadway prism of (16) feet. Currently Harvey Road services a small number of residential home sites and the Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Harvey Road is a County of Butte maintained road system and has a recorded easement width of (20) feet per Book 142 of official records at page 256. By the granting of the above exceptions there will be no impact on the current road or the ability to access public facilities and adjacent properties safely. _____________________________ Erica Gorden, Owner
