This proposed lot line adjustment consists of creating two parcels which is a reduction in the number of non-conforming parcels.
Parcel A combines four non-conforming Murray parcels as shown on that certain Parcel Map recorded in Book 86 of Maps, page 100 and transfers a portion of existing Parcel Four to the
neighboring Checci parcel. While the resultant parcel does not meet the existing zoning, the outcome greatly improves the existing condition and complies with county setback requirements.
Parcel B receives a portion of Parcel 4, the Murray parcel, which is not currently being used by the Murrays. The exchange parcel is 0.55 acres.
