Blackett: This letter presents an update on the status of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) efforts to address Comments 1, 2, 5, and 6 regarding the 11th 5-year Part 12D safety inspection report (dated January 2021) for Bucks Diversion Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. FERC provided comments in a letter to PG&E dated January 13, 2022, and PG&E submitted its plans and schedules to address FERC’s comments in a letter to your office dated June 9, 2022. PG&E's status updates for Comments 1, 2, 5, and 6 are provided in Enclosure 1. PG&E believes that FERC Comments 1 and 2 have been satisfactorily addressed and no further action is necessary based the information enclosed with this letter.
