to supHvise the rental and ensure compliance with all operational requirements. Un-hosted short-term
renta! 5"ta1,-s s'1all not exceed 90 nights per calendar year, except 180 nights per calendar year shall be
allowed w:1en, 1) the parcel is zpned with a minimum parcel size of 5-acres or greater; and, 2) the parcel
is 5-acres or greater in size.
