Dear Butte County Fire Department review staff, the Illowing comments are in response to
plan check comments received on April 3rd, 2024. Changes to plans have been clouded
and indicated with Delta 2 and dated 4/5/24.
1. On the cover sheet, general notes#2, requested reC` rences have been removed
and correct reCrence has been provided as requested.
2. Note#19 under general notes on the cover sheet has been updated to include the
Very High fire Hazard Severity zone note as requested.
3. Civil Sheet CO.1 has been updated to include the requested Very High Fire Hazard
Severity zone note.
4. Sheet A0.1 and CS show the revised occupant load calculation, and both have been
properly coordinated.
5. Sheets A1.2 &A1.2, Calculation has been provided mr the area o0saE dispersal as
well as signage requirements E br the area.
6. Sheet A3.1 &A3.2 have been updated to include address identification inEbrmation
on the notes and visually shown on sheet A3.2.
7. Sheet A5.1, Keynote A06 has been updated to identink the oven/range as a Non-
commercial domestic appliance.
8. See sheet P-0lbr revised description note Cyr WharOHead Hydrant inEbrmation
regarding 21" National Hose Thread outlet as mentioned.
