The three (3) alternate candidates were disqualified for reasons listed below in the alternative site analysis breakdown. Additional Candidates Investigated: 20th Street, Oroville, CA 95965; [APN: 030-120-044-000] was disqualified due to potential conflicts with the Airport Land Use Commission and the property owner declined any offer from Harmoni Towers to lease space from them for the purpose of constructing and operating a cell tower. 1643 Feather Ave, Oroville, CA 95965 [APN: 030-360-092-000] was disqualified because the property owner declined any offer from Harmoni Towers to lease space from them for the purpose of constructing and operating a cell tower. 1720 Feather Ave, Oroville, CA 95965 [APN: 030-360-091-000] was disqualified because the property owner declined any offer from Harmoni Towers to lease space from them for the purpose of constructing and operating a cell tower.
