RE: Butte County Fire Department review of DET24-0001
Fire has reviewed all submitted documents for the proposed Legal Lot Determination on APN
062-620-04. This project is located in the State Responsibility Area SRA and within a Very High
Fire Hazard Severity Zone. CAL FIRE Butte County is the Fire Department having jurisdiction and
has no additional comments. In addition to this memo, Trakit has been updated, and review
status changed to approved.
