RE: Fire’s Comments for LLA24-0007
Fire has reviewed all submitted documents for the proposed lot line adjustment located on APN
029-090-038. This project is located in the Local Responsibility Area (LRA) and is not within a Fire
Hazard Severity Zone. Butte County Fire Department is the Fire Department having jurisdiction
and would like to provide the following comments. In addition to this memo, Trakit has been
updated, and the review status changed to approved.
• The new parcel appears to be landlocked and there is no mention of an easement within
the reviewed documents.
