Dear Ms. Pabst: At the Butte County Planning Commission hearing held on June 27, 2024, your request for a Conditional Use Permit for a wireless telecommunications facility was denied based on a 3-2 vote.
Should you desire to appeal the decision by the Planning Commission, you must do so in writing,
prior to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, July 7, 2024 to the: Clerk of the Board 25 County Center Drive
Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $821.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal period, and no other appeal is filed, the action of the Planning Commission is final.
