THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE AND THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL'S
REGULATIONS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING FIRE SAFETY DEFICIENCIES BE CORRECTED:
Project Information
A required Fire Life and Safety inspection pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 13146.3 was
conducted on August 7th, 2023 at the above facility. During the inspection, I was accompanied by
Firefighter Charles Schindler. The following deficiencies are required to be repaired and/or corrected.
These deficiencies will be labeled as P1, P2 or P3 throughout this report.
P1: Highest priority, must be completed by Monday August 21st, 2023
P2: Second highest, priority and must be completed by Monday August 21st, 2023
P3: Third highest, priority and must be completed by Monday August 21st, 2023
Deficiencies
For all occupied rooms:
