Dear Robert and Lorene Brooks, At the regular meeting of the Butte County Zoning Administrator held July 31, 2024, your request for a six
(6) year extension of TPM21-0010 to July 28, 2030, was approved. No changes to the Conditions of Approval or Approved Map from TPM21-0010 were proposed. Please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works Department, Land Development Division to complete the conditions of approval and record the parcel map. The conditions of approval for TSM21-0010 must be met by the expiration date of July 28, 2030, or the approval will be considered null and void.
