Observed a variety of potentially hazardous
foods in walk-in refrigerator and prep
refrigerator at 58F. Reportedly these foods
are not being used for consumption. All
food must be removed and discarded from
cold holding units that are currently not
functioning/holding proper temperatures.

Overall Inspection Comment:
Kitchen is currently closed due to power supply issue. Reportedly the kitchen has been closed and in this condition for 5 months.
Currently this food facility is only allowed to serve prepackaged non-potentially hazardous food (i.e. bottled beer and prepackaged
chips). If wine will continue to be served, only disposable utensils (cups) may be used due to lack of hot water.
The food facility must contact this office and schedule an inspection PRIOR to reopening the kitchen and conducting food prep.

ceilings: properly built,
maintained in good repair and
clean
Flooring throughout the bar and kitchen are
deteriorating and exposing uncleanable
surfaces. Replace flooring to provide a
smooth, cleanable and durable surface.
Hole observed in kitchen ceiling. Properly
repair to provide a smooth, cleanable not
absorbent surface and to eliminate
harborage of vermin.
Debris and build up exist in several areas
of the facility (walk in refrigerator, behind
the bar, behind equipment, kitchen, dry
storage). Thoroughly clean facility more
frequently and maintain a cleaning log.
Leak exists from ceiling behind hood in
kitchen. Properly repair to prevent leak.
