Re: Well and Septic Verification, 1719 Garden Road, Durham, Butte County, AP# 040-110-036
To Whom it May Concern:
This office is in receipt of your letter requesting information specific to the on-site domestic well and
wastewater system of the parcel referenced above. This office has records indicating and on-site wastewater
system and private water well for the residence.
The wastewater system for the residence consists of a 1,500-gallon concrete tank with 210 total lineal feet of
leach line, both finaled on November 17, 1992. The water well was installed and sealed on July 3, 2002 with a
disinfection statement dated July 17, 2002 and indicating a yield of 100 gallons per minute at that time.
Additionally, this office is in receipt of water quality analytic results submitted on August 15, 2024 by FGL, a
California Certified Laboratory, for total and fecal coliform and nitrate; results indicate absence of total coliform
and E.Coli and nitrogen level of 5.8 mg/L meeting drinking water quality standards and satisfying water quality
requirements of this office.
