O’Brien , Assistant Director June 11, 2014 SLATER, HOWARD 3753 MOREHEAD AVENUE CHICO, CA 95928 RE: Building Permit No. B14-1064, APN 078-090-033 Dear: SLATER, HOWARD Plans for the above referenced project have been routed to the Department of Public Works for review of compliance with Butte County Code Section 26-12 (available on line at http://municipalcodes.lexisnexis.com/codes/butteco/). Based on our initial review of the information provided, the Department of Public Works has determined that the following items will be required: 1. Drainage plans and calculations shall be submitted to and approved by the Department of Public Works. Engineering plans shall detail existing drainage conditions and specify how storm water runoff will be either detained or retained onsite and/ or conveyed to the nearest natural drainage channel or publicly maintained facility. Engineering calculations shall show there is no increase in peak flow runoff leaving the property. 2. Dedication of an additional 10’ of right-of-way along the entire parcel frontage of Lincoln Blvd. such that the right-of-way half width from the physical centerline of Lincoln Blvd. is 40’. 3. The construction of an enclosure for containers used to hold solid waste and/or recyclable materials for collection. Please submit sufficient information to the Land Development Division of the Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, that demonstrates compliance with County Code Section 26- 12. If construction plans and/or engineering analysis are required, submit information in duplicate in accordance with county improvement standards (available on line at http://www.buttecounty.net/publicworks/divisions/landdevelopment/impstd.html ) along with a $700.00 minimum plan checking deposit.
