O’Brien , Assistant Director April 1, 2014 GINNO, BRYAN 2954 HWY 32 #1600 CHICO, CA 95973 RE: Building Permit No. B14-0151, APN 040-200-059 Dear: GINNO, BRYAN Plans for the above referenced project have been routed to the Department of Public Works for review of compliance with Butte County Code Section 26-12 (available on line at http://municipalcodes.lexisnexis.com/codes/butteco/). Based on our initial review of the information provided, the Department of Public Works has determined that one or more of the following items will be required: 1. The construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, proper access from public roads, and drainage facilities; 2. Dedication of 40’ right-of-way from the physical centerline of Durham Dayton Highway along the entire property frontage; 3. The construction of an enclosure for containers used to hold solid waste and/or recyclable materials for collection. Please submit sufficient information to the Land Development Division of the Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, that demonstrates compliance with County Code Section 26-12. If construction plans and/or engineering analysis are required, submit information in duplicate in accordance with county improvement standards (available on line at http://www.buttecounty.net/publicworks/divisions/landdevelopment/impstd.html ) along with a $700.00 minimum plan checking deposit.
